  • It hangs via a top rope loop. You need an extremely sturdy ceiling joist (professionally installed for safety) or a dedicated freestanding outdoor stand (sold separately).

  • The seat itself is approx. 40" in diameter and depth. Its maximum weight capacity is typically 400-500 lbs.

  • Yes, it's designed for a unique, gentle swing with a cocooning effect. The woven rope naturally provides good lumbar back support.

  • While comfortable, cotton rope isn't ideal for prolonged outdoor exposure. It can fade and become brittle in sun, and mildew if left wet. Best used on a covered patio or indoors. Store away during harsh weather.

  • Regular vacuuming or dusting is recommended. For spots, gently dab with a damp cloth and mild soap solution. Wipe with a clean wet cloth, then air dry thoroughly. Never machine wash or dry.
